Joel S. Marcus, JD, CPA
Director of Intra-Cellular Therapies since the company's 2013 merger (on the predecessor ITI board since 2006). He is the Executive Chairman and Founder of Alexandria Real Estate Equities (NYSE: ARE), the life-science REIT he co-founded in 1994, and founder of its strategic venture arm, Alexandria Venture Investments.
